Reading: “Tamed and Untamed Consciousness”, pp. 34-35 in Danin Katigiri’s You Have to Say Something: Manifesting Zen Insight

This sitting group includes a brief opening service, two periods of zazen and a period of kinhin, a sutra reading and tea service, a talk from the  teacher followed by a period of open discussion, and a brief closing service.

Beginners and Experienced Zen practitioners welcome.
