PAMSULA ZEN OF WESTCHESTER

Pamsula Zen of Westchester is a Zen sitting group affiliated with the Pamsula Zen Center of New York City. It meets Saturday mornings 10:00 AM-12:00 PM in Room 43 of the Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation, 458 Rosedale Avenue, White Plains, N.Y.

Meetings are both in person and via Zoom.

Saturday gatherings include two periods of zazen, one period of kinhin, a sutra service, a tea ceremony, and a dharma talk and discussion.

Sitting groups are facilitated by the Rev. Seth Zuihō Segall, Ph.D., a Zen priest ordained by Daiken Nelson Roshi in the White Plum lineage founded by Taizan Maezumi Roshi.

Experienced Zen students and newcomers welcome.
