Pamsula Zen of Westchester Zazenkai

This Zazenkai will include six periods of zazen, five periods of kinhin, opportunities for one-on-one dokusan with the teacher, a teisho, and closing vows.
It will be followed at 1:00 PM by pot luck lunch at a nearby member’s home.
Beginners and Experienced Zen practitioners welcome.
This zazenkai will also be broadcast via Zoom.
