Weekly Koan: Meeting One Who Has Accomplished the Way

Weekly Reading: “Knowing the Whole” pp. 151-152 in Danin Katagiri’s You Have to Say Something: Manifesting Zen Insight.

This sitting group includes an opening service, two periods of zazen, one period of kinhin, a tea service, discussion of the koan and reading, and closing vows.

It wlll be followed by a potluck at a nearby member’s house.  Afterwards, those wishing to attend the No Kings event in Mamaroneck will carpool together.

Beginners and Experienced Zen practitioners welcome.

This sitting group will also be broadcast via Zoom.
