Weekly Reading: “What Practice is Not,” pp. 23-25 in Charlotte Joko Beck’s Everyday Zen.
This sitting group includes an opening service, two periods of zazen, one period of kinhin, a tea service, discussion of the reading, and closing vows.
Beginners and Experienced Zen practitioners welcome.
