Pamsula Zen of Westchester Sitting Group

Due to the predicted snow storm, today’s sitting group will meet on line only. There will be no meeting at the church.

Weekly Reading: “The Bottleneck of Fear” pp. 17-20 in Charlotte Joko Beck’s Everyday Zen.
This sitting group includes an opening service, two periods of zazen, one period of kinhin, discussion of the reading, and closing vows.
Beginners and Experienced Zen practitioners welcome.
This sitting group will be broadcast via Zoom.
